SUBSCRIPTION ADVERTISING TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service outline the agreement between ADS ON THE GO (“Service Provider”) and the subscribing business or organization (“Client”). By enrolling in the subscription advertising program, the Client agrees to the following terms:

ADS ON THE GO uses a 3-screen digital mobile billboard truck to display Client advertisements throughout high-traffic areas in Cicero, North Syracuse, Liverpool, and Clay. The truck operates during peak traffic hours Monday–Friday to maximize visibility and impressions.

Each subscription includes:

• Guaranteed placement in our rotating ad schedule
   
• A minimum of 1,500 ad plays per month on the truck
   
• Tracking and route data available upon request
   
• Graphic design included at no extra charge (if needed)
   

• This subscription is recurring from the date of sign-up.
   
• There is no long-term commitment, and subscriptions are billed automatically each billing cycle.
   
• To cancel, the Client must notify ADS ON THE GO via email at
  zach@getadsonthego.com at least 3 days prior to the next billing date.
   
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before renewal may be processed on the next cycle.
   

ADS ON THE GO will:

• Operate the truck a minimum of Monday–Friday during prime traffic hours
   
• Display ads in rotation according to the package purchased
   
• Provide tracking data and performance recap upon request
   
• Make reasonable efforts to maximize impressions, visibility, and campaign value
   

The Client agrees to:

• Provide correct business information and approved advertising content
   
• Ensure all submitted ads comply with local, state, and federal advertising regulations
   
• Avoid restricted content (hate, violence, explicit material, political messages may require approval)
   

Route tracking information and/or performance data can be shared with any client at any time by request. This may include location history, hour breakdowns, and impression estimates.

While ADS ON THE GO will make every reasonable effort to maintain consistent service, we cannot guarantee operation during events outside our control, such as:

• Severe weather conditions
   
• Truck maintenance or emergency repairs
   
• Major road closures or restrictions
   

In such events, ADS ON THE GO will notify the client and provide makeup time or adjustments as needed.
